All orders are subject to acceptance by Chanida Thai Cuisine. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order including applicable taxes and fees.
Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all items shown will be available at the time of your order.
Orders are prepared for pickup at the estimated time provided. Please arrive promptly to collect your order. Chanida Thai Cuisine is not responsible for orders that are not picked up in a timely manner.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact Chanida Thai Cuisine immediately at (909) 446-0588. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Chanida Thai Cuisine and depend on whether your order has already been prepared.
While we make efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact Chanida Thai Cuisine directly before placing an order.
Chanida Thai Cuisine and this ordering platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or consumption of food products ordered through this platform.
